Final Parti Diagrams
In this diagram, it can be seen not only how there are four horizontal matrices on the ground level that connect with each other through the courtyard, but also the presence of a vertical loop on the left side that connects the upper level rooms with the garages on the ground level.
Furthermore, there is a slight corridor matrix on the upper level (right side), but an interesting fact is that each room has direct access to a bathroom, which justifies the lack of matrices (no point of connecting two bathrooms.)
On the other hand, in this diagram it can be seen a corridor circulation on the ground level as well as the courtyard connection of the matrices mentioned above
